Where can I find gay pride jewelry at retail stores? I'm trying to find which retail stores (not online) sell gay pride or rainbow jewelry - mainly bracelets and dog tag necklaces. Appreciated :) |
| If you live close to or in a city large enough to have a gay neighborhood there are sure to be stores that sell gay themed everything. Otherwise shop at Pride festivals or parades, music festivals, concerts |
Can a triangle be considered gay jewelry? If it's a different color than pink ( or rainbow colors)...like a darker color? |
| A thick gold gangsta chain could be considered gay if the person looking at it thought it was. It all depends on the point of view of the onlooker. I don't think it is 'gay jewelry' but thats just me. |
I want to wear some gay jewelry, do you know any good sites? I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Just nothing tacky, LOL. |
Erm try this www.yourgaypride.com/rainbow_prid… sorry if you dont like itxx
Good Luck! |
Would it be gay to work in a Jewelry store? I am thinking of applying to work in a jewlery store. I am a guy, will it be gay if I work there? |
What does an occupation have to do with a lifestyle.
Don't worry I am quite sure if there are gays working there, they won't be interested in recruiting you into their lifestyle! |
Lesbian/gay jewelry its meaning? ive been looking at some jewelry and for the lesbians is the cross with the circle like this 0+ is that right ? i know its croked how i drew it but ....ok if the necklace has two of those on the same necklace does that mean your taken? if the necklace has one of those symbols on there does that mean your single? ok then for the triangle with rainbow colors in it does that mean both gay/lesbian can wear that or just for guys? |
| The symbol you put up looks like the symbol for female...so basically when there are two interlocking female symbols it just shows that you are a lesbian. It doesn't necessarily mean that you have a girlfriend or that you are single...but just the you are a female that likes other females...it also depends how the jewelery is that you were looking at...some jewelery is made depending on design for couples. Then the triangle is used for mainly lesbian pride...but also can be used for both guys and girls. Then you have the classic rainbow...that goes for just gay pride in general. Another sign for gay rights is an equal sign. Well, enough of my input! |
What sort of jewlery would a gay couple give for engagement? Im not planning on getting engaged, lol not yet anyway.
Anyway I'm a little curious as to what sort of jewelry a (male) gay couple would give/receive, because a diamond ring wouldn't really work because I cant actually Imagine a guy wearing one. So Im just a little curious as to what sort of jewelry gay people would wear as a sign of their engagement. |
| they shouldn't give any because if you are in the US most states still have the moral standing of not allowing homosexual "marriage" and with any luch the ones that do will soon pass things like Prop 8 |
If gay people can be identified by rainbow jewelry and bumber stickers, is there a way to identify swingers? Just curious as i'd like to get some identifying jewelry if so. |
I agree we need something to know who else is out there.
If there were a swinger logo imagine going to the grocery store and that hot guy/girl that you locked eyes with at the checkstand is in the parking lot identifying them as "swinger-like-you".
Then you could be getting on over groceries in the kitchen 1hr later.
.... oh the possibilities! |
Is wearing "gay" jewelry considered flaunting? If I wore a lesbian symbol (the interlocking female symbols, for example) around my neck, would I be flaunting my sexuality? |
Yes.
And there's not a damn thing wrong with that, if you're subtle and classy. |
Does anyone have any recommendations on Lesbian/Gay clothing, jewelry, etc??? I want to buy some lesbian clothing...cool, stylish, inexpensive and I would also like to possibly buy some jewelry for my friend. Any suggestions? |
| Try looking on the internet at lesbian web sites, there will be plenty of advertisers that are gay/lesbian friendly. Also try a google search "lesbian + fashion" for ideas. Support any LGBT that supports us thru advertising. |
